The best way to reduce our environmental impact is to keep our gear in use longer. Our repair program covers any repair to our gear that is not covered under Our Guarantee. We replace worn out nylon webbing and any broken hardware. Materials that can no longer be used are recycled when possible. Whether it’s just old and wearing out, or your dog decided it looked like a snack, we will make it function like new again.
HOW IT WORKS
- Purchase a Repair for the gear you want us to fix (Need a size change? Just let us know in the "Order Note" field on the Cart page.)
- Print out your order confirmation email showing your order number
- Clean up your gear and ship it along with your order confirmation to:

You are responsible for the cost of shipping your gear to us, however, we will ship your gear back to you free of charge (free shipping in the U.S. only). Once we receive your gear, expect about 7 business days before we ship it back out to you.
THE FINE PRINT
We will repair all functional aspects of your gear. We do not cover cosmetic wear or cleaning.
We cannot work on dirty gear, so please make sure to clean everything well before sending it in.
Due to the nature of certain types of repairs and normal wear and tear, it is not always possible to return your gear to its original condition.
We cannot change the color of your gear as a part of the repair. Your gear will be returned in the same color as we receive. The only exception is if a color or product is discontinued, in which case we will contact you to determine the best replacement.
Due to discontinuation of a particular part or color, identical replacement parts may not be available. We will repair or replace a broken part with the closest matching part or component in the closest matching color.
