Shipping & Returns


Free shipping on all U.S. orders.

We ship all items out as fast as we can, and most orders go out within 2-3 business days. All U.S. orders are shipped via USPS, which delivers to most locations in 1-3 business days. International orders are shipped out via USPS Priority Mail International which delivers to most locations in 6-10 business days. Once your order has shipped, we will email you a tracking number. Dog + Bone is not responsible for unanticipated delays.

We currently ship internationally to Australia, Belgium, Canada, France, Ireland, Italy, New Zealand, South Africa, Switzerland, and United Kingdom.

For all other international orders, please email us at and we will do our best to add your country.

Please note: We cannot refund shipping charges on international returns due to high shipping costs. Please make sure to double check any sizing and let us know if you have any questions before placing your order.

We will gladly accept your return (for any reason) of products purchased directly from us at

All we ask is that:

  1. First email us within 7 days of delivery at with your name, order number and reason for your return.
  2. Return the product to us in the exact condition you received it, unworn in new condition with all tags attached.

If the return is due to an error on our part (i.e. wrong item, size, color) we will cover the cost of shipping the product back to us by sending you a pre-paid shipping label.

If the return is due to anything other than our error, you are responsible for the cost of shipping the product back to us.

Once we receive the return and confirm the product meets the above criteria we will issue a refund to your credit card for the full amount.

Items Purchased from Dog + Bone Retailers

Any product purchased from other resellers must be returned to the place of purchase in accordance with that retailer’s policy.
