Free Shipping & Returns in the U.S.


We ship all items out as fast as we can, and most orders go out within 2-3 business days. For a custom Martingale Collar color combo, please allow an additional week. All U.S. orders are shipped free via USPS, which delivers to most locations in 1-3 business days. Alternatively, UPS Ground and UPS 2nd Day Air are available for a non-refundable fee. Once your order has shipped, we will email you a tracking number. Shipping times are estimated and are not guaranteed. Delays beyond our control may occur, particularly during winter months and around holidays.

International Customers

We currently ship internationally to Australia, Canada, Japan, New Zealand, Singapore, South Africa, and most European countries. International orders are shipped out via USPS Priority Mail International (except Australia and Canada which also have a lower cost option for First Class International) which delivers to most locations in 6-10 business days.

For all other international orders, please email us at and we will do our best to add your country.

Please note: We cannot refund shipping charges on international returns due to high shipping costs. Please make sure to double check any sizing and let us know if you have any questions before placing your order.



Products Purchased From Us Directly

We will gladly accept your return (for any reason) of products purchased directly from us at and at our flagship retail store in Lake City, CO, with the exception of custom color Martingale Collars.

All we ask is that you:

  1. First email us within 7 days of delivery at with your name, order number and reason for your return.
  2. We will provide a shipping label for you to return the product to us in its original packaging. Items must be in the exact condition you received them, unworn in new condition with all tags attached.
  3. Returns must be received within 30 days of date of purchase.

Out of fairness to all customers, we cannot make any exceptions to this policy.

If the return is due to an error on our part (i.e. we accidentally shipped something other than the product that appears in your order confirmation; wrong item, size, color), let us know and we will make it right as quickly as possible.

For international orders, if the return is due to anything other than our error, you are responsible for the cost of shipping the product back to us. We cannot supply return shipping labels for international orders or for the return of gear purchased at our flagship retail store in Lake City, CO. We strongly suggest that you ship via a method that provides a tracking number and insurance as we cannot be responsible for packages lost in transit back to us.

Once we receive your return and confirm the product meets the above criteria we will issue a refund.

Please be aware that products submitted for return without tags attached, or that appear worn or soiled will not be refunded or returned. They will be donated to a rescue partner.

Items Purchased From Dog + Bone Retailers

Any product purchased from other resellers must be returned to the place of purchase in accordance with that retailer’s policy.
