Shipping & Returns
Free shipping on all U.S. orders.
We ship all items out as fast as we can, and most orders go out within 2-3 business days. For a custom Martingale Collar color combo, please allow an additional week. All U.S. orders are shipped via USPS, which delivers to most locations in 1-3 business days. International orders are shipped out via USPS Priority Mail International (except Canada which also has a lower cost option for First Class International) which delivers to most locations in 6-10 business days. Once your order has shipped, we will email you a tracking number. Dog + Bone is not responsible for unanticipated delays.
In the unlikely event of damage upon arrival please immediately send photos of the damage to email@example.com.
We currently ship internationally to Australia, Canada, Japan, New Zealand, Singapore, South Africa, and most European countries.
For all other international orders, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will do our best to add your country.
Please note: We cannot refund shipping charges on international returns due to high shipping costs. Please make sure to double check any sizing and let us know if you have any questions before placing your order.
We want you to be happy with our products and feel comfortable with your purchase.
Products Purchased From Us Directly
We will gladly accept your return (for any reason) of products purchased directly from us at dogplusbone.com and at our flagship retail store in Lake City, CO, with the exception of custom color Martingale Collars.
All we ask is that you:
- First email us within 7 days of delivery at email@example.com with your name, order number and reason for your return.
- Return the product to us in the exact condition you received it, unworn in new condition with all tags attached.
- Returns must be received within 30 days of date of purchase.
If the return is due to an error on our part (i.e. we accidentally shipped something other than the product that appears in your order confirmation; wrong item, size, color), let us know and we will make it right as quickly as possible.
If the return is due to anything other than our error, you are responsible for the cost of shipping the product back to us. We cannot supply return shipping labels. We also strongly suggest that you ship via USPS with a tracking number and insurance as we cannot be responsible for packages lost in transit back to us.
Once we receive the return and confirm the product meets the above criteria we will issue a refund for the full amount of your purchase.
Please be aware that products submitted for return that appear worn or soiled will not be refunded or returned. They will be donated to a rescue partner.
Items Purchased From Dog + Bone Retailers
Any product purchased from other resellers must be returned to the place of purchase in accordance with that retailer’s policy.
