We ship all items out as fast as we can, and most orders go out within 2-3 business days. For a Custom Color Martingale Collar, please allow an additional week. Once your order has shipped, we will email you a tracking number. Delivery times are estimated and are not guaranteed. Delays beyond our control may occur, particularly during winter months and around holidays.
All U.S. orders ship free via USPS, which delivers to most locations in 1-3 business days. Alternatively, UPS Ground and UPS 2nd Day Air are available for a non-refundable fee.
All Canadian orders ship free via USPS First Class International, which delivers to most locations in 7-21 business days.
Other International Customers
We currently ship internationally to Australia, Japan, New Zealand, Singapore, South Africa, and most European countries. International orders ship via USPS Priority Mail International (except Australia which also has a lower cost option for First Class International) which delivers to most locations in 6-10 business days.
Please be aware that shipping charges are nonrefundable. International orders, including to Canada, may incur additional taxes, duties, and fees and are the responsibility of the customer.
In the unlikely event of damage upon arrival please immediately send photos of the damage to email@example.com.
Products Purchased From Us Directly
We gladly accept returns of unused products purchased at dogplusbone.com and at our flagship retail store in Lake City, Colorado.
To be eligible for a refund:
- Complete and return a Return Request form to firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days of delivery of products.
- Carefully pack up and return items in the exact condition they were received, unworn in like-new condition with all tags attached.
- Promptly ship the return so that it is received within 30 days of purchase.
Custom Color Martingale Collars are not eligible for return.
Please be aware that products received with tags detached, tags retied, or products that appear worn or soiled will not be refunded or returned to the customer. They will be donated to a rescue partner.
Out of fairness to all customers, we cannot make any exceptions to this policy.
If the return is due to an error on our part (i.e. we accidentally shipped something other than the product that appears in your order confirmation; wrong item, size, color), let us know and we will make it right as quickly as possible.
We provide free return shipping in the U.S. for orders placed at dogplusbone.com.
For international orders, if the return is due to anything other than our error, you are responsible for the cost of shipping the product back to us. We cannot supply return shipping labels for international orders or for the return of gear purchased at our flagship retail store in Lake City, Colorado. We strongly suggest that you ship via a method that provides a tracking number and insurance as we cannot be responsible for packages lost in transit back to us.
Please allow up to one week after receipt for processing of your return.
Items Purchased From Dog + Bone Retailers
Any product purchased from other resellers must be returned to the place of purchase in accordance with that retailer’s policy.
